Let’s Create the Perfect Package for You

At Forever Studios, we believe every wedding and event is unique. That’s why we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. We create custom packages tailored specifically to your requirements, vision and budget.

Step 1 — Tell Us About Your Special Day

To create the right package for you, we’ll need a few details:

• Date and location of your wedding or event

• Type of wedding or event

• Bride and groom’s names or client name

• Number of guests you are expecting

• Number of hours of coverage you require

• Services you would like, such as photography, videography, drone, 360° photobooth, albums or digital invitations

• Your budget, so we can create an option that works comfortably for you

Once we have these details, we’ll put together a personalised package designed around exactly what you need.

Step 2 — Receive Your Custom Quote

We’ll discuss your requirements with you and create a personalised package and quotation. You can make changes, add services or remove anything you don’t need until we have created the perfect package for your event.

Step 3 — Secure Your Date

Once you’re happy with your package and ready to book, a 50% booking deposit is required to secure your date.

Your date is only officially reserved once the booking deposit has been received.

Step 4 — Pay the Balance

The remaining 50% balance can be paid at any time up to 7 days before your wedding or event.

For our larger and more expensive packages, we also offer flexible payment plans, allowing you to spread the cost over an agreed period leading up to your event.
